How a Realtor is of Service to You!
1. REALTORS® are familiar with each house they offer for sale, and in all cases, have personally inspected the property.
2. Because REALTORS® know your financial position, your basic needs and desires, they will only show you homes that 'fit the bill.' They will not waste your time on properties you can't afford, or that wouldn't interest you.
3. REALTORS® know real estate values, can recommend homes that will fit your budget, and will answer all questions concerning zoning, the neighborhood, schools, churches, shopping centers and transportation.
4. REALTORS® do not have personal ties or fond memories concerning the property. They will answer all questions objectively, pointing out any defects or advantages in a particular home.
5. REALTORS® are familiar with local lending institutions and different loan programs.
6. Best of all - The REALTOR'S fee is paid by the seller.
The early bird gets the worm'
' and if you are after the best possible home in your price range, getting the most current and accurate market information in your interest area can only come through a professional real estate agent. The best buys go fast in today's market. Lower interest rates have opened the door to buying a home to greater numbers of people in every price range, and they're all out there, competing for that wonderful dream home!
With a realtor's access to the latest computerized market information, you are at least two weeks ahead of buyers who are depending on local publications like the Homes Magazine and two days to three weeks ahead of those depending on ads in local papers. With prime homes going within days, sometimes hours, of their listing, only buyers represented by a full-time professional are assured of getting there fast.
